Will Atlas dispatch a technician automatically?
Only if the agreed integration and your rules support it. Otherwise Atlas captures the request and sends it to your team for confirmation.
What happens with emergencies?
Atlas follows your approved escalation policy and does not replace emergency services. Immediate threats to life or property must be directed to the appropriate emergency service.
