Atlas AI Agents is a brand of ATLASD LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, submit an inquiry, use our chat or phone services, or communicate with our team.
This policy covers our own website and business communications. If you interact with an Atlas system operated for another business, that business may also provide its own privacy notice.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, email, phone number, business details and the contents of your inquiry.
- Communications: messages, call or chat records, and information needed to respond to your request. Where calls are recorded, the applicable notice is provided as required.
- Consent records: the message categories you select, the wording shown, submission time and the page where you submitted your preferences.

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, communications, scheduling, customer support and the delivery of agreed services. Those providers receive information needed for their work on our behalf, not permission to market independently to you.
