1. Business and acceptance
Atlas AI Agents is a brand of ATLASD LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. These terms apply to our website and general services. By using them, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Visiting the site or accepting these terms does not constitute consent to marketing or other automated text messages.
2. Services and pricing
We configure AI voice and chat, customer communication, website, booking support, review and other automation workflows for businesses. The services, integrations, responsibilities, usage allowances, pricing and cancellation terms for a particular engagement are stated in its proposal or service agreement.
Published plans start at $199 per month. Website and agreed AI voice setup are included at no separate setup charge with the subscription. This is not an offer of unlimited calls, messages or custom development. Any additional usage charges and ongoing services are confirmed in the proposal.
Website demonstrations are illustrative. Playing a recorded call or viewing a scenario does not create an appointment, dispatch a service provider or establish a service agreement.
3. SMS messaging program

When you explicitly opt in, you may receive the categories you choose: non-marketing messages about your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and account or service notifications; and, with separate marketing consent, special offers, discounts and new service announcements.
The choices are separate and optional. Consent is not required to purchase services or submit an inquiry. A phone number alone is not consent. We do not transfer SMS consent to another business.
Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies based on the program and your interactions. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Contact your carrier about your plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message from us. We will send an opt out confirmation and stop further program messages. To rejoin, give fresh consent through the same signup process. An SMS opt out does not by itself cancel a separate paid service agreement.

Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and depends on supported networks and other factors.

4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your contact details current.
- Use the services lawfully, including obtaining permissions required for information and communications you provide.
- Do not misuse, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Protect any account credentials provided to you.
- Review and approve business information, policies and escalation rules before using configured automation with your customers.
5. AI and human oversight
AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Human review remains important for pricing, availability, sensitive requests and decisions affecting customers. We define handoff rules with you as part of the agreed service.
Our public demos and general assistants are not emergency services or substitutes for professional medical, legal or financial advice. Do not rely on them for an urgent safety decision.
6. Availability and warranties
Except where a separate written agreement or applicable law states otherwise, the website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error free operation.
Third party platforms, networks and integrations may affect availability. Features depend on the tools and permissions supported for the agreed installation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ATLASD LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, subject to applicable mandatory laws. We may update these terms; the revision date identifies the current posted version. Changes to a paid engagement are governed by its agreement.
